24HRS Network Inc. is a privately held total IT solutions provider that has assisted hundreds of small-business and commercial clients in the Houston Metropolitan Area since 2006 improve their productivity and security and reduce cost and risk.

24HRS Network's executive staff are regularly on-location and involved with each job. The 24HRS Network staff handles clients with revenues ranging from the 100K/year to over 300M/year every day. This has provided a strong foundation of extensive experience in addition to world class service at very reasonable rates.

24HRS Network offers customers the ability to have no IT staff on the payroll but still offer their employees the comfort of knowing that someone can assist them anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year -- whether that be in-person or via remote assistance.

In addition, like the name implies, 24HRS Network is the proven leader in outsourced managed IT services including LAN/WAN network design, build-out, support, management, monitoring, and even uncommon services traditionally performed by a CTO such as budget and staff management.

Unlike many competitors, the actual hands-on work of installing the wiring is handled by the same company that later provides the support, management, and monitoring. Paired with master dealer relationships with major manufacturers, the client knows they are always getting the right technology for their application at a fair price.

24HRS Network worked with Port Arthur ISD which required the campuses to be open during school hours and required that none of the existing services were disrupted until the new installation was completed. This required technicians to establish a plan to come in after the end of school hours each day, make the necessary adjustments, test the existing infrastructure, and leave the workplace completely clean as if no one had been there.
